I bet Helen Thomas is pissed....

...because she didn't think of this first. There have been a lot of things a lot of people would like to have done to W due to his shenanigans in the White House, but I bet nary a soul thought about throwing shoes at him.

I know that he is a wealthy man, but who can turn down a free pair of shoes? I do not agree with the man very often, but this is over the line. It is just good that it was not anything that was more dangerous. It is also good that he was not injured. It would not have been serious, but still. Iraq should be ashamed of itself for not doing a better job with security. It was great to see that he can still move quickly when he has to also.
