since mondale ONLY got MN, i'd say the state is a lock for O.
Gino, Mondale got Minnesota because he's from here...but from what I have been told, there may have been some tomfoolery in the Iron Range (heavily Democratic region northwest of Duluth) that provided his margin of victory. So, he barely won Minnesota.
Minnesota is supposed to sorta be in play, as it sorta has been in the last two election cycles. But, it seems to me that Minnesota is still pretty liberal.
