So Nick Coleman isn't happy that the new I-35W bridge is ahead of schedule. At least I think that's why he is unhappy. Maybe he's unhappy because his righteous anger at the bridge collapse hasn't produced Tim Pawlenty's scalp on his desk yet.
I think the only way Nicky could have been happy would be if the bridge was rebuilt slightly behind schedule by the parishoners of St. Joan of Arc, who would have done it during a "pride" picnic.
